BPRD Paths of Magic

Alchemy-Producing magical effects through Chemicals and Substances, also using these methods to create enchanted devices, such as swords, shields, scrolls, wands, staves, ect.
 
Alteration-Magic involving change, making it something else. (eg: Lead into Gold, Brown hair to White, water to wine)
 
Apportation-movement, self, or moving things, bringing things to you, summoning, ect.
 
Conjuration-producing something from nothing. (eg: Rabbit from a hat, ball from ear, Flasks of beer for a party…ect.)
 
Divination- divination, which seeks to reveal information about the past, present or future. Varieties of divination include: Astrology, Augury, Cartomancy, Chiromancy, Dowsing, Fortune telling, Geomancy, I Ching, Omens, Scrying, Ectomancy, and Tarot.
 
Evocation-The path that allows the mage to take the manna energy and shove it at something or someone to knock the P.Mortal stuffings out of them. This is mostly for offensive type spells and is countered by the Wards path. (Fireball, Magic Missile, and Cone of Cold, to name a few…) Illusion-Can use magic to make illusions. From a simple 2 dimensional image to full blown environments.
 
Necromancy-Black magic that deals with using the dead for a variety of effects. (eg: creating Zombies, raising the dead, sucking the life out of the living and putting into the dead, and other creepy stuff.)
 
Spatial Magic- magic concerned with dimensions and spatial phenomenon
 
Tattoo Magic-tattoos containing magical effects
 
Technomancy-Melding technology and magic together. Cars that run on crystals and at the flick of a switch starts to fly.
 
Temporal Magic-magic concerned with manipulating time
 
Wards-Protection magics, ways of sealing places, protection of self, ect. (eg: Protective circles, Demon traps)
